SAIL Home Community Builder

SAIL Home is excited to open its first housing community in Scituate, MA, and we’re seeking Community Builders (CBs)—caring, hands-on team members who will live on-site and provide meaningful support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or autism as they build independence and thrive.

Weekday Shifts:

  • Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Morning: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM

  • Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    • May be split into:

      • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

      • 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Weekend Shifts:

  • Day: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

💵 Pay Range: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience and shift.
