Jody Nash, President

Jody Nash

President

Jody Nash is a founding member of SAIL Home and brings extensive leadership experience in advocacy and governance for adults with disabilities. She has served on numerous boards, including as Chair of the Cardinal Cushing Centers Board of Directors, a member of the Citizen Advisory Board for the South Coastal DDS Office, and a member of the Advisory Council to the Massachusetts Permanent Committee on the Status of Persons with Disabilities. Jody is also a proud parent of a daughter with intellectual disabilities, a perspective that deeply informs her commitment to SAIL’s mission.

Marynell Henry, Executive Director

Executive Director

Marynell Henry is a founding member and the Executive Director of SAIL Home. She brings more than a decade of experience working in nonprofit organizations serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. Previously, Marynell served as Development Coordinator for South Shore Support Services and as Co-Founder of the Scituate C.O.R.S.E. Foundation. She also serves on the Citizen Advisory Board for the South Coastal Area of the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
Marynell spent more than 10 years in retail merchandising and management, experience that continues to inform her leadership, operational oversight, and organizational development work. Marynell is also the proud mother of a son with autism, a role that deeply shapes her commitment to SAIL Home’s mission.

Matthew Morrison, Treasurer

Matthew Morrison

Treasurer

Matthew Morrison serves as Treasurer of SAIL Home and is a Commercial Banker with South Shore Bank. He brings more than 20 years of experience in developing, underwriting, and monitoring commercial credit portfolios. Matt’s areas of expertise include business development, commercial credit analysis, loan review, asset and liability management, and financial analysis and planning. His financial leadership helps ensure SAIL’s long-term stability and growth.

Betsy Sullivan, Secretary

Secretary

Betsy Sullivan is a dedicated advocate for the disability community and a lifelong South Shore resident with a strong commitment to advancing inclusive and supportive opportunities for individuals of all abilities. She brings a professional background in early childhood development and education, along with a deep passion for fostering environments in which individuals and families can thrive. Betsy is also a devoted parent and caregiver to her son with Down syndrome and the proud mother of four, experiences that meaningfully inform her advocacy and service.

Dr. John F. Keaney, Jr.

Dr. John F. Keaney, Jr.

Dr. John F. Keaney, Jr. is a cardiologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and serves as Cardiology Editor for the New England Journal of Medicine. A native of Quincy, he is a graduate of Boston College High School, Harvard College, and Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Keaney and his wife, Donna, are residents of Hingham and the proud parents of a son with autism.

Stan Blackmur

Stan Blackmur

Stan Blackmur is a lifelong resident of Hingham with deep ties to the South Shore community. For more than 25 years, he has owned and published South Shore Magazine and is also a well-established Realtor. Stan has been actively involved with numerous nonprofit and business-focused organizations, including the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, bringing valuable community and business insight to his work.

Walter B. Sullivan, Esq.

Walter B. Sullivan, Esq.

Walter B. Sullivan is a partner at Sullivan & Comerford, where he has practiced law for more than 30 years. He specializes in civil litigation and real estate law, with a longstanding focus on serving clients across the South Shore. Deeply committed to his community, Walter has served on several school boards of trustees, including Inly School and Derby Academy. He also served on the Board of Campus of Caring, the organization that developed what is now known as the Pat Roche Hospice Home in Hingham.

Paul Lemieux

Paul Lemieux

Paul Lemieux brings more than 18 years of leadership experience from Mainstay Supportive Housing and Home Care, a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing and services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Paul currently serves as President of the Scituate Food Pantry, a nonprofit addressing food insecurity, where he oversees operations and coordinates more than 100 volunteers. His extensive nonprofit management experience and commitment to community service meaningfully support SAIL’s mission.
